Restaurant staff need to scan the in-app QR code for customers, and the process takes only a few seconds to complete, which is simple and fast.

Our reusable containers are dishwasher safe, and can be cleaned following the same standards as other dine-in tableware. Additionally, the simple design of our containers makes them easy to clean.

No worries, customers may have returned the container to other partner restaurants. For late returns, the customers will be held accountable for charges incurred. 

Our system allows real-time tracking of the inventory of each partner restaurant, so we can monitor whether there is a shortage or excess of containers. If you still encounter difficulties with container supply, please contact us via WhatsApp/phone at 6799 5634.

Yes, we will provide detailed instructions to your staff on how to handle the containers and the entire operation process.
